About
I'm James, a Computer Science and Economics double major at the University of Virginia, based out of Orlando, Florida.
I have three years of experience at Lockheed Martin, where I gained hands-on experience in defense technology and systems engineering. This site is where I explore the intersection of technology and markets, document my projects, and share what I'm learning along the way.
What I Write About
- Technology Software, programming languages, and the tech industry
- Economics Markets, policy, and how technology reshapes economic models
- Books Reviews and notes on what I'm reading
- Projects Technical write-ups from concept to deployment
Background
I'm pursuing both Computer Science and Economics at UVA because I believe the most interesting problems exist at the intersection of disciplines. Technology is reshaping every aspect of the economy, and understanding both dimensions gives a more complete picture.
My experience at Lockheed Martin gave me a unique perspective on large-scale High Performance Computing systems, project management, and the real-world implications of engineering decisions. I'm channeling that experience into my studies and the projects I build.
